The PEAKS Challenge is now Closed.

The PEAKS Challenge is very simple: compare the PEAKS DB results with those obtained by your preferred commercially available search engine and let us know how PEAKS did.

To Participate

  • Use your licensed copy of PEAKS or download a free demo version of PEAKS Studio 5.3.
  • Analyze a sample of MS/MS data using the tools in the PEAKS software
  • the more tools used, the greater the value to your research
  • compare the results with those produced by another commercially avaialble mass spectrometry software... such as Mascot, Sequest, etc.
  • With respect to your institution's policies, submit a summary (such as the automatically produce Summary pane screenshot or export the whole thing) to your BSI sales representative.
  • If sharing this information is restricted, discuss with your BSI representative other methods of conveying the findings.
  • Doing this will automatically enter your name into the draw.
