PEAKS 5.2 Sample Projects

As new users may appreciate seeing sample data results before having any of their own, PEAKS has provided this resource to satisfy that request. To download a project, simply click the subtitle to start downloading. Please note that for your convenience, in the interest of faster downloading, these projects are in a standard compressed format. Once the download is complete, decompress the file and extract all contents.

Sample 1: Standard Identification Sample
This project contains a variety of different result files. de novo sequencing, PEAKS database protein ID search, PTMFinder results, inChorus (PEAKS ID, X!Tandem, OMSSA and an inChorus report) and hidden results only found using SPIDER.

Sample 2: Quantification: iTRAQ Sample
This project contains de novo sequencing, PEAKS database protein ID search and protein quantification with isobaric labelling, e.g., iTRAQ.

Sample 3: Quantification: Label Free Sample
This project contains de novo sequencing, PEAKS database protein ID search and a Label Free result.
