Software
PEAKS
PEAKS is able to read Agilent data, once it has been converted into mzXML format.
Agilent stores their data in a folder called a .d file. The .d contains all the data itself
and the method files and ancilliary information associated. The data itself is stored in .yep format.
The same CompassXport utility can be used to read the .yep, so this is what PEAKS does. An mzXML file is
created inside the .D folder and PEAKS loads it for processing.
PEAKS can load native data from Agilent QTOF, provided that the MassHunter software is installed on the same computer. The Agilent QTOF has its own data format, but it's still a .d folder. The .d folder here contains a subfolder called AcqData which then contains all the data, methods and extra files. If any errors or inaccuracies are noted from this page please contact us.   |
