Recommended settings for Wiff2dta with PEAKS

The settings shown above are designed to produce a file that has been altered as little as possible from the original data. Preprocessing is turned off, and minimal filtering is done. Preprocessing of data is a very sensitive issue, but often overlooked. PEAKS has its own preprocessing tools, which are very advanced, and they are desinged to prepare data for PEAKS de novo and protein ID.
