As new users may appreciate seeing sample data results before processing any of their own, RAPTOR provides this resource to satisfy that request. A sample project can be found within the installation folder.

To load this analyzed set, with the RAPTOR software open, click the "Open RAPTOR Project" icon or select "Open" > "Open Project" from the File dropdown list. Navigate to C:\RAPTOR\data\sample and select "test_raptor_project.xml" and click Open. This will not only load the initial sequence in its fasta format, but will also load the Secondary Structure, PSI-BLAST Profile, Alignments as well as a Ranking by Score node.
