Glycopeptide identification is often limited by the glycan database behind it. However, our glycoproteome solution goes further! We demonstrate how combining database search with glycopeptide 𝘥𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘰 sequencing improves identification accuracy and uncovers glycopeptides that database-only approaches miss, especially when the glycan database is incomplete.
