PEAKS DIA Spectral Library Search, Direct Database Search and de novo Sequencing Workflow for Sensitive and Reproducible Identification of Proteins Webinar (May 12, 2022)

Webinar: Thursday, May 12, 2022

10:00 am / 4:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time

Presented by Dan Maloney, Application Scientist

On Thursday, May 12th, the webinar will be hosted by BSI Application Scientist, Dan Maloney, and he will demonstrate the new DIA workflow and true automation with PEAKS daemon using PEAKS Online Xpro. PEAKS Online Xpro DIA analysis offers a unique workflow that includes a spectral library search, a database search, and de novo sequencing designed for the complexities of DIA mass spectra. Also, he will be presenting a new feature that allows for the inclusion of de novo sequences in spectral libraries for immunopeptidomics!

Join us on May 12th to see how the combination of spectral library search, database search, and de novo sequencing in a workflow provides a method that is both accurate and reproducible.

Webinar Highlights:

  • Spectral Library Generation from PEAKS DB and de novo sequencing results
  • Sensitive DIA peptide identification workflow including: spectral library search, direct database search, and de novo sequencing
  • Label-free quantification with DIA data
  • Automated proteomic analysis with PEAKS Online command line interface (CLI) and instrument daemon
