PEAKS Studio 13.1 introduces an improved DIA workflow for more comprehensive and speedier results with enhanced algorithms and coverage for both DIA Proteome and Peptidome. Also new to PEAKS Studio 13.1 is an enhanced PRM/MRMHR analysis workflow for both labeled and unlabelled target peptide quantification.

Enhanced Transition List Generator Tool
Users can now generate mass lists for PRM targeted peptide quantification from various sources—PEAKS quantification and identification results, PEAKS spectral libraries, and external FASTAs.
PEAKS Studio 13.1 allows for the export of Transition Lists into formats directly compatible with vendor instrumentation.
Enhanced DIA Peptidome
DIA DeepNovo Peptidome has been optimised for both accuracy and speed and now supports user-defined "Candidate List" in the form of a Spectral Library or a Peptide List containing peptides expected to be found in the samples.
A new protein tab has also been added to the DIA workflow for improved data interpretation.
