RAPTOR 4.4 Release

Waterloo, ON, Canada- Scientific software specialists, Bioinformatics Solutions Inc. (BSI) announced the release of their latest protein structure modeling software, RAPTOR 4.4.

RAPTOR 4.4, recognized annually in CASP competitions as a leading method for reliable protein structure modeling, expanded its core application to provide users with greater functionality. Among features introduced with this version, users can now update internal PDB template libraries and read PIR alignment files to process with OWL.
