This two-day workshop, hosted in collaboration with Aalborg University, is a premier event for researchers and professionals in the multi-omics space. On Day 1 (December 10th), join us for a brief summary of PEAKS Software solutions, including PEAKS Studio/Online, PEAKS GlycanFinder, PEAKS AB, and ProteoformX, which leverage advanced algorithms and deep learning to set new standards in protein characterisation and quantification, de novo sequencing, and glycan profiling.
On Day 2 (December 11th), we’ll dive deeper with hands-on training sessions highlighting our newest features.
- PEAKS Studio DIA solutions for ZenoTOF 8600
New enhancements in PEAKS Studio 13.1 with higher performance DIA Proteome and Peptidome solutions will be presented. Deeper insight with sequence variants and novel peptides along with the details about the PEAKS algorithm logic will be demonstrated using benchmarking data. Finally, from discovery to targeted proteomics (MRM-HR), PEAKS Studio offers a streamlined and automated solution specifically designed for ZenoTOF technologies. - PEAKS GlycanFinder: A high-sensitivity structural glycoproteomics with EAD/EAciD
PEAKS GlycanFinder 3.0, our latest software for comprehensive glycan characterisations with structure resolution, will be demonstrated. The key features include enhanced scoring for EAD/EAciD, an enhanced sensitivity and coverage from multi-O searches and modified glycans with labelled and label free quantifications, as well as deep learning-based glycan de novo sequencing.
