Top-Down Database Search

  • Integrated with Bottom-Up Database Search to enhance sequence coverage and PTM localisation.
  • Improved sequence coverage of proteoforms by merging MS2 scans.

Data and Result View

  • Depicted feature groups, MS/MS, and PrSMs in LC-MS view, to provide clear insight into data quality and proteoforms.
