The PEAKS Team is coming to Paris, France (November 30 through December 1) to host a hands-on PEAKS training workshop. This interactive workshop will introduce the functions of PEAKS Studio 7.5 for protein/peptide identification and quantification. It will also explore in-depth proteomics analysis and complete protein characterization. In the two-day workshop, various case studies will be presented from creating PEAKS projects to protein quantitative analysis using the latest multinotch MS3 technology to thoroughly facilitate our customers on their LC-MS/MS based proteomics research using PEAKS. Participants can expect to increase their knowledge of LC-MS/MS data analysis and result validation using PEAKS upon completion of the course.
