To celebrate our release of PEAKS AB 2.0, BSI will be hosting a one-day workshop focused specifically on our antibody solutions!

Founded in the year 2000, Bioinformatics Solutions Inc. is a dedicated biotech company focused on developing proteomic solutions for LC-MS. Over the years, the team has consistently stayed up to date with the latest research and technology through its collaborations and partnerships with various pharmaceutical and biotech companies in protein characterization. BSI is the 1st to use de novo sequencing to automatically assemble antibody sequences [1] and introduce deep learning into the solution [2].

During this workshop, we will discuss the following topics:

  • Automated de novo assembly of mAb sequences
  • Combining bottom-up and top-down mass spectrometry
  • Ile/Leu differentiation by electron-transfer/higher-energy collision dissociation (EThcD)
  • Therapeutic protein sequence validation
  • And much more!
