Unlock the Dark Proteome with DIA PTM
Push beyond traditional spectral library and database searches into the dark proteome, uncovering deep insights into PTM profiles and novel peptides directly from DIA data without the use of a spectral library. By leveraging our de novo-assisted sequencing logic, unbiased identification of unlimited PTMs is now possible in our DIA workflow.
