This new version of PEAKS Online features an enhanced DDA- and DIA-LFQ workflows with an automated QC tool for protein/peptide identification and quantification workflows. New to PEAKS Online, users can find deep learning enabled DeepNovo Sequencing, NEW PEAKS PTM: Optimised algorithms for a confident PTM identification at sequence and site level, enhanced PTM analysis solution in DIA workflow, and DIA data support in our DeepNovo Peptidome for immunopeptidomics.
